Unveiling Henderson's Tale at Google Data Center: A Graphic Transformation

Mission

Collaborating directly with the project architects, our team endeavored to establish a strong connection between the Google Data Center and its surrounding environment, effectively conveying the area's unique story. Our mission was to craft an immersive workspace. This entailed working closely with clients, envisioning groundbreaking designs, and managing every phase from fabrication to installation.

Research-Driven Design

As the Team Lead/Senior Designer, I guided our design team in an extensive exploration of the local area, uncovering captivating moments to be seamlessly integrated into the workspace. Taking inspiration from the world-renowned Neon Museum, our team embarked on the creation of dimensional signage and branding for the café and micro kitchen. Drawing from the spirit of Las Vegas's famed Fremont Street, we artfully infused its essence into the café space, resulting in a dynamic atmosphere.

Concept to Reality

Our team's meticulous attention to detail and careful planning resulted in a successful project. We dedicated significant effort to create precise, to-scale drawings and realistic renders, which we presented to the client for their final approval. Additionally, we utilized CAD tools to craft comprehensive bid documents and organized a nationwide bid process for the various projects.

The Google Data Center in Henderson, NV, now tells the story of its locale. Our environmental graphics, wayfinding systems, and signage have transformed it into an immersive workplace where the vibrancy of Henderson and the surrounding areas are brought to life.
